BIG SOUTH FORK LODGE GENERAL POLICY
(See 127 Corridor Sale for exceptions during that period)

  • CHECK IN FROM:  3:00 PM Central Time

Early check In Fees apply: Before noon:  1/2 days charge/Noon to 3:  $1.00 each hour before 3pm  

  • CHECK  OUT:   11AM Central Time
We don’t mind if you want to take one last ride, but you must clear out your
room, unplug your RV, clean out stalls and ask the Manager where to park your vehicles.

ALL ROOMS, CABIN AND RESTAURANT ARE NON SMOKING BY TENNESSEE LAW.
VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA!!

  • DEPOSITS: 1-3 nights stays = 1 nights total charges
4 or more nights = 2 nights total charges.

All guests must check in at THE HITCHING POST GENERAL STORE
and present your current NEGATIVE COGGINS PRIOR to any horses
being unloaded, no exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY  
We highly value your business.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Making your reservation and allowing us to charge your debit/credit
card or cash your check is your confirmation of accepting
our terms for cancellation:

Your deposit or full payment (if required), guarantees your
reservation.  It also means that we will refuse other bookings, so
if you do not take advantage of your reservation, we lose income.

If you cancel and we can re-rent your booking, your deposit will
be applied towards a future visit within 1 year from original
reservation date less $30.00 cancellation fee.

If you cancel and we cannot re-rent, you lose your deposit.

No refunds for early departure for any reason

GROUPS & PEAK PERIODS:
Peak periods are holiday weekends, August 127 Corridor Sale and the month of
October.  

During peak periods and for groups, we also ask for full prepayment to be made
to us one month before the arrival date. The above cancellation  policy applies to
this too.

If you prefer spontaneity or don't want to risk losing money, we understand. By
calling us closer to the day, you should have no reason to cancel. We usually do
have some accommodation available.

Rates subject to 5% motel and/or 9.5% state tax

Deposits (other than August 127 Corridor Sale) can be made with credit/debit card, checks or
money orders.  Reservations made with check or money order must be received within 7
calendar days.
