Early check fees may apply, so call if you are arriving before 3pm.


All guests must check in at THE HITCHING POST GENERAL STORE
Horse Owners must present your current NEGATIVE COGGINS PRIOR
to any horses being unloaded, no exceptions.


  • CHECK  OUT:   11AM Central Time
We don’t mind if you want to take one last ride, but you must clear out
your room, unplug your RV, clean out stalls and ask the Manager where
to park your vehicles.

ALL ROOMS, CABIN AND RESTAURANT ARE NON SMOKING
BY TENNESSEE LAW. VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA!!

  • DEPOSITS: 1-3 nights stays = 1 nights total charges
          4 or more nights = 2 nights total charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY  
We highly value your business.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Making your reservation and allowing us to charge your debit/credit  card or cash
your check is your confirmation of accepting  our terms for cancellation:
Your deposit or full payment (if required), guarantees your reservation.  

It also means that we will refuse other bookings, so if you do not take advantage of
your reservation, we lose income.

Cancellation of reservations outside of 2 weeks of arrival date will be charged a
$30.00 cancellation fee, plus 3% credit card fee.  Credits will be processed with 24
hours of cancellation.  

If you cancel and we cannot re-rent, you lose your deposit.

No refunds for early departure for any reason, however, if the weather turns nasty
during your visit, we understand your disappointment at not being able to ride and
may consider  application of your remaining charges towards a visit within the next
year.

GROUPS & PEAK PERIODS:

3 Day Minimum during Peak Periods: Holiday Weekend, August 127 Corridor Sale
and the entire month of October.  

During peak periods and for groups, we also ask for full payment to be made to us one
month before the arrival date. The above cancellation  policy applies to this too.

If you prefer spontaneity or don't want to risk losing money, we understand. By calling
us closer to the day, you should have no reason to cancel. We usually do have some  
accommodation available.

Deposits (other than August 127 Corridor Sale) can be made with credit/debit card,
checks or money orders, plus a 3% credit card fee.     

Reservations made with check or money order must be received within 7 calendar
days.
