The Hwy 127 Corridor Sale, also know as the 127 Yard Sale or the August Sale is a annual event spanning over         700 miles and 5 states with vendors from all over the United States as well as local folks!  Jamestown,           Tennessee is the originator and headquarters of the sale. Thousands attend from all over the country.  Many plan their route along Hwy 127 and others pick one  place and        ride in different directions each day to cover the sale.  Which ever way you plan to attend, make your reservations early. Big South Fork Lodge is located 18 miles from Hwy 127 (Jamestown,TN ) at the west entrance of the Big South     Fork National River and Recreation Park on Hwy 297.   We are a small Mom and Pop business with a rustic atmosphere. We have some rooms with satellite TV (first come/first serve) or you can rent a VCR with a movie. If you are looking for large clean rooms, cabins with air conditioning,  or campsites far away from the crowds, with good down home people, good food and a place to kick back and relax on the front porch, sit by the stocked pond and fish or take a walk along quiet wooded trails at the end of a long hot shopping day, then we are the place for you.   There is a public swimming pool in the park (5 miles) and we will be serving from our  Lunch/Dinner Menu and Breakfast Menu.   Rates and Policy During the Hwy 127 Sale (Rates do not include taxes) The sale is a peak period where full prepayment is required and non-refundable due to any circumstances. Pets - Nonrefundable fee: $20.00 per pet Pets must be in crates when in room - No Exceptions!!
